Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Customized or personalized jewelry cannot be returned unless damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

• Earrings worn after delivery (for hygiene reasons)
• Customized products
• Gift cards
• Sale items

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Clear photos/videos of the product

Refund Process

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be sent to the original payment method

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if:

• Product is damaged
• Wrong item received
• Manufacturing defect exists

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the mistake was from our side.
